What food pairs well with Barbera and Dolcetto?

The red wine grapes Barbera and Dolcetto have very different flavors and textures and generally are paired with different foods. Barbera is often matched with sausages and charcuterie, pizzas and pastas. Dolcetto is suggested as a pair for risotto with white truffles.
