Replanting an old vineyard on Mount Etna

Frank Cornelissen explains the process by which he replants his oldest vineyards on Mount Etna as grapevines dies. He stresses the importance of maintaining existing plant material in the old vineyards and how he takes cuttings from the best vines and propagates them.

Selection Massale is the process by which vines are propagated based on a selection of the best bud wood from the vineyard.
