This recipe is amazing to protect yourself from cold🤧 and cough😷.
It is European version of our Toddy🧉 recipe called as Mulled Wine🍷 or Spiced Wine…
I feel lucky that I got to taste the authentic mulled wine and see how it is made traditionally in Budapest. But you can still enjoy this at your home with my version of Mulled Wine.
Recipe😊-
▪Add apples slices, orange slices, lemon juice and water in a pan.
▪After that add 2 cinnamon sticks.
▪Heat them on the lowest flame.
▪Add a good quality wine 🍷 along with spices like star anise and cardamom.
▪Give it a mix and heat it on low flame. Remember to not boil it.
▪Just like that.. your yummy and healthy Mulled Wine is ready 😋
It is a traditional drink that us made around Christmas and new year…
Its majorly include alcohol🥃 but there are other non-alcoholic version available as well.
If you don’t consume alcohol or wine then you can have Ginger Turmeric…
