Chef Paola Velez makes the ultimate frozen dessert by combining three all-time favorites: banana pudding, ice cream, and paletas. To make this summer recipe, begin with a homemade ice cream base that consists of custard, whipped cream, brown butter, and of course, vanilla wafers and bananas. Freeze in popsicle molds, then decorate with white chocolate shell, sprinkles, and more vanilla wafers. On top of being super tasty, these banana pudding paletas are also super cute and fun to make!
