How is Rosé wine made? Winemaker Kathleen Inman

Kathleen Inman at Inman Family Cellars harvests and presses her Pinot Noir to make an intentional rosé. While many pink wines are made by bleeding the tanks of a red wine, known as the saignée method, Inman Family Winery makes thier rosé from grapes picked specifically for this wine. Ask a Winemaker filmed on location in the Russian River Valley during this night harvest in 2013.
