Pork Adobo Recipe:
1 kl pork belly
1/3 cup of soy sauce
8 cloves of garlic
3-4 rice wine vinegar
Olive oil, optional
1/3- 1/2 cup of water
4 bayleaves
Peppercorn
1 1/2 tbsp of dark brown sugar
2nd recipe | Garlic fried rice
Cooked rice, or left over cooked rice
3 cloves of garlic
Spring onion
Salt and pepper
