🥘紅酒炆牛肋條食譜
(5-6 人份)
材料:
牛肋條 650克
蒜頭 3瓣
洋蔥 1個
番茄 2個
蘑菇 10粒
甘筍 2條
薯仔 2隻
無鹽牛油 20克
中筋麵粉 15克(1湯匙)
紅酒 200毫升
水 200毫升
生抽 1湯匙
鹽 1茶匙
黑胡椒碎 1/2茶匙
糖 1-2茶匙
月桂葉 2片
意大利混合香草 ¼茶匙
番茜 1棵

(For 5-6 servings)
Material:
Beef ribs 650g
Garlic 3 cloves
Onion 1pc
Tomato 2pcs
Mushroom 10 pcs
Carrots 2pcs
Potato 2pcs
Unsalted butte 20g
All-purpose flour 15g (1 tbsp)
Red wine 200ml
Water 200ml
Soy sauce 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Ground black pepper 1/2tsp
Sugar 1-2 tsp
Bay leaves 2pcs
Italian mixed herbs ¼ tsp
Parsley 1 stalk
