It is European version of our Toddyđ§ recipe called as Mulled Wineđ· or Spiced Wine…
I feel lucky that I got to taste the authentic mulled wine and see how it is made traditionally in Budapest. But you can still enjoy this at your home with my version of Mulled Wine.
Recipeđ-
âȘAdd apples slices, orange slices, lemon juice and water in a pan.
âȘAfter that add 2 cinnamon sticks.
âȘHeat them on the lowest flame.
âȘAdd a good quality wine đ· along with spices like star anise and cardamom.
âȘGive it a mix and heat it on low flame. Remember to not boil it.
âȘJust like that.. your yummy and healthy Mulled Wine is ready đ
It is a traditional drink that us made around Christmas and new year…
Its majorly include alcoholđ„ but there are other non-alcoholic version available as well.
If you don’t consume alcohol or wine then you can have Ginger Turmeric…
