Canopy management in an organic vineyard in Burgundy

Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grown in Burgundy ripen slowly and often late in the season. Canopy management the process by which leaves are stripped off of vines or left on to protect from the sunlight plays a key role. American Winemaker Alex Gambal talks about how managing the canopy helps him fight off pests in his organic vineyards in France.
