There are many ways to structure wine – my favorite is using a pour-through flowform like the portable revitalizer (available in the shop) which beautifully aerated the water while structuring it.
You could also use a quantum bloc, or one of these beautiful crystal vials, both of which are available in the “structure – transference” section of the shop.
Different methods will have different effects on the flavor profile, and those effects will also vary based on the type of wine. Ultimately, you have to experiment and see which combinations you prefer!
This vessel and vial are my favorite combination for aesthetics – they make such a beautiful centerpiece and conversation starter!!
