What is Muscadet?

Muscadet, located on the western edge of the Loire Valley on the Atlantic coast of France, is a white wine region that features the Melon de Bourgogne grape. Fred Niger from Domaine de L’Ecu explains the diversity of the appellation’s soils and their affect on Melon.
