So, for Wine Folly’s July 2021 wine club we’ll be tasting the magic that winemakers do in the cellar.

Wine Folly Wine Club: Pinot Noir Four Ways

Let’s take a closer look at how production method and stylistic choices made by winemakers produces great wine with:

  1. A Pinot Noir that’s grown and produced specifically for rosé wine from Santa Lucia Highlands, California
  2. A 100% Pinot Noir Blanc de Noirs sparkling wine made with the Champagne method from North Coast, California
  3. A rich red Pinot Noir that’s been fully destemmed for silky smoothness from Sonoma Coast, California
  4. An aromatic and structured Pinot Noir crafted with whole cluster fermentation from Oregon

Vanessa Conlin introduces this month’s wine club.
